The Self Cleaning Magnetic
Separator is designed and built to remove micron-sized ferrous particles from
the operating fluid. To remove magnetic particles, the Self Cleaning Magnetic
Separator employs the concepts of magnetic flux and fluid dynamics. The Rare
Earth Magnet in the Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator is not in direct contact
with the process fluid. The fluid comes into contact with a Rare Earth Magnet
rod in the sleeve. The Self-Cleaning Magnetic Separator is controlled by a PLC
(Programmable Logic Controller) and does not require monitoring.
Self-cleaning
magnetic separators use a revolving conveyor belt with projections to collect
ferrous pieces that are attracted to the magnets and deposit them in a separate
container. Magnets suspended from the ceiling can be positioned laterally above
or even parallel to the supply flow. We supply our superior quality
