Self-Cleaning Filters

offering Self-Cleaning Filters. Bernoulli's
principle is used in the Self-Cleaning Filters series. A timed circuit and a
differential pressure switch are included in Self-Cleaning Filters. The
Self-Cleaning Filters will keep running until the preset timer value or a
differential pressure value is reached.Any of these two inputs triggers the
Self-Cleaning Filters to go into cleaning mode. The control panel activates the
auto drain valve when it receives a signal, and a piston with a sweeping disc
in a closed filter chamber is moved up and down after a short period.
Because of the different velocities between
the rotating disc and the filter screens, Self-Cleaning Filters create low and
high pressure zones inside the same vessel. Inserts
for Self-Cleaning Filters can be made of stainless steel, titanium, or Super
Duplex alloys, as well as PP. On request, more materials can be provided.
